Choose the stage you require


Stage one: £79 inc. We will draft and serve a notice seeking possession on your tenant as soon as we are instructed. We are a nationwide company and we are able to take your instructions and deal with your tenant no matter where you, or your tenant live. At this stage the tenant may leave before the notice expires.

Stage two: £539 inc. Should the tenant not leave, we then prepare the court papers and lodge them in the court. We pay the court fees. We bear the cost to instruct Counsel who will attend court to carry out the work. A fourteen day possession order would normally be granted.

In very rare cases, when the 14 day court order has expired the tenant may not have left. In such a case we can then arrange court appointed bailiffs to eject the tenant. The cost of this is £195 inclusive.
